An excellent motivational work for anyone, at any age!

Charles Prosper leads by example in his new book; "Get Fit Fast over Fifty". I happened to be fortunate enough to be one of the first to have read this book. The ideas and principles in the book are sound and the fact that the author himself is a living example of the fact that you really can get fit fast after fifty, should be a motivator for anyone! Charles continues in this book where he left off in "The Secret Revealed" with his upbeat highly motivational swing. However, just like before begining any other new fitness regime you should consult your physician. Remember fitness levels are different for all people at all ages. I recommend this read for anyone thinking about getting back into the "Swing" of things, or even new comers to fitness in general.

This is a great no nonsense approach to getting fit, and feeling fantastic. This book has simple straightforward principles to help anyone loose weight, get in better shape, and most importantly feel better. Check it out.

67 yrs old and on my way to fitness

I've read many how to books on fitness over the years, admired body building magazines as a youth, and now that I'm in the twilight of my life, over weight, sluggish, thinking time is over for me, I have been re-awakened. This book covers every necessary item you will need to jump start your old body. I've been on this weight lifting, aerobic, eating right program for 5 weeks so far, and I am starting to feel like a kid again. Mr. Prosper will explain and mentor your every move. I was a fat 214 lbs, 5'6" tall, lazy, TV watching old fool. I have lost 10 lbs, put on some muscle, talked my grandson, age 14, into joining me in weight training, and loving the results that I am getting. My goal is to get down to 180 lbs, with strength and fitness, and I know that I will be successful. If you want to turn back the clock, I recommend you get this book, follow its advice, and never look back at your old self. Herman Bradley (Minnesota)
