An excellent motivational work for anyone, at any age!

Charles Prosper leads by example in his new book; "Get Fit Fast over Fifty". I happened to be fortunate enough to be one of the first to have read this book. The ideas and principles in the book are sound and the fact that the author himself is a living example of the fact that you really can get fit fast after fifty, should be a motivator for anyone! Charles continues in this book where he left off in "The Secret Revealed" with his upbeat highly motivational swing. However, just like before begining any other new fitness regime you should consult your physician. Remember fitness levels are different for all people at all ages. I recommend this read for anyone thinking about getting back into the "Swing" of things, or even new comers to fitness in general.

This is a great no nonsense approach to getting fit, and feeling fantastic. This book has simple straightforward principles to help anyone loose weight, get in better shape, and most importantly feel better. Check it out.

67 yrs old and on my way to fitness

I've read many how to books on fitness over the years, admired body building magazines as a youth, and now that I'm in the twilight of my life, over weight, sluggish, thinking time is over for me, I have been re-awakened. This book covers every necessary item you will need to jump start your old body. I've been on this weight lifting, aerobic, eating right program for 5 weeks so far, and I am starting to feel like a kid again. Mr. Prosper will explain and mentor your every move. I was a fat 214 lbs, 5'6" tall, lazy, TV watching old fool. I have lost 10 lbs, put on some muscle, talked my grandson, age 14, into joining me in weight training, and loving the results that I am getting. My goal is to get down to 180 lbs, with strength and fitness, and I know that I will be successful. If you want to turn back the clock, I recommend you get this book, follow its advice, and never look back at your old self. Herman Bradley (Minnesota)

An Epic MUST Read!!! and I like Arthur.

Now, on to the main three that I know you're waiting, okay dying, to hear about:

Ara-Rose has grown up immensely since coming over to the states to live with her dad. We no longer see an over emotional teenager who stomps her foot at every issue. Now we see a very strong and independent woman in her place. A true Queen who is finally able to figure out her confusing heart. We discover some astonishing revelations about her family and learn some pretty exciting (okay, totally awesome) things about her powers as more questions are answered. I like Ara more in this book than the others because she finally stands up for herself in a way that we hadn't seen yet and she will fight with everything that she is for what her heart wants.

David, as we remember, was shattered with the news of his eternal love's betrayal (in Lies in Blood). During Echoes we not only see a man battling wars within his own heart, we see the monster living inside that we've been warned about. (And yeah, it's actually pretty scary.) The sting from his heart comes alive and leaves us questioning if there is any hope left at all for the vampire, for his broken heart, and for the love that was supposed to last forever. I've always been on "Team David"-since the very beginning. But I will admit that my feelings were crushed by some of his actions and words during this book. I was left wondering where my David went off to even though I could almost justify his reactions to being betrayed. I'm pretty sure my heart hurt just as bad as Ara's for David's pain. (Have I mentioned that I love David!?

About the Author

Verne es fundador de la mundialmente renombrada Organización de Emprendedores (EO por sus siglas en inglés) y presidió el programa premier CEO por 15 años “El Nacimiento de los Gigantes” celebrado en el MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Es fundador y CEO de Gazelles, una compañía global de educación ejecutiva y entrenamiento con cientos de socios en seis países, Verne ha pasado más de 30 años educando equipos de emprendedores.

El “Growth Guy”, es también columnista regular para la revista Fortune. Es autor del libro Dominando los Hábitos de Rockefeller y, junto con los editores de Fortune, es autor de The Grate Game of Business Decisions of All Time, para el que Jim Collins escribió el prefacio. Verne preside anualmente los Growth Summits (Cumbres de Crecimiento) en América, Europa y Asia; y continúa enseñando en el Programa Ejecutivo de MIT, del cual es fundador.

Verne's original book Mastering The Rockefeller Habits and this new and much improved version Scaling Up are the books that helped me the most to understand how to be a strong leader in my company and scale it. a most read for all C level executives of fast growing firms.
